When EFT Doesn't Seem to Work

There are four areas I check when EFT doesn't seem to be working. Remember EFT works, so if you are not getting results, here are four areas to explore:

• Hydration -- make sure you are hydrated and have water on hand;


• Emphatic Set-up Phrase -- if you are not getting results, perhaps the set-up phrase isn't taking care of your polarity reversal. Try saying your set-up with great emphasis, loudly and with enthusiasm. This has been shown to help;


• Move to another space -- occasionally there are environmental toxins that inhibit EFT. Moving to another room or outdoors will help this. There's a great example of this in one of Gary's DVD's where the entire group he is working with is getting no results. When he discovers they are getting results outside of the hotel room, it becomes clearer what's happening;


• Be specific -- if we are too vague, sometimes EFT won't have apparent results. The more specific you are, and the more of the five senses you invoke, the easier it is to neutralize the energy disruption.
