Appreciation

Deborah tapped with me on my younger son’s birth and (I still can’t quite believe it!) we totally zapped a couple of very traumatic moments – they are gone!!! After almost 9 years of carrying them around…unbelievable. Karen, mother of two

The Relief of Knowing Ourselves by Deborah Donndelinger Comment (2)

Much of what I've written about in my newsletters is how to use EFT, Family Energetics, and now Human Design to know ourselves.

EFT allows us to clear past traumas and old emotional blocks so that we can fully access and embrace our authentic selves, releasing old patterns, blocks, and thoughts that limit us being ourselves.

Family Energetics allows us to clear and see family systemic blockages and patterns so that the love of our ancestors can flow to us so that we can live our lives as ourselves.

And Human Design gives us the roadmap of our internal energetic design so that we can make decisions authentically rather than unconsciously reacting to the external world.

But where to start? Here's a checklist that might give you some ideas about what's next for you ....

What if the road-block is really the sign-post? by Deborah Donndelinger Comment (1)

Our problems show us what we value.  What we are struggling with shows us what is important to us.  We all know that the opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s apathy.

One of the biggest limitations in my life has been self-blame; one of the greatest reliefs has been feeling vindicated that what I believe, experience, and even suffer with are all the right path for me.

So often I see folks using EFT to “fix themselves” and this fixing assumes that what they are experiencing is wrong or harmful or limiting.  What if what’s wrong with us is actually the door to our greatest delight and expansion? What if on the other side of our pain is the expression of what we value most?  What if what feels like a big fat obstacle in our path is actually pointing the way to what we value the most?

Is it okay to want more? by Deborah Donndelinger Comment (0)

I've long been a student of different systems: personality systems, personal growth systems, nutrition and fitness systems, health systems - you get the idea.  I feel like I'm always looking for something.  I wonder if it's the search I enjoy or if I really am looking for something.  I sometimes fault myself for being naive and thinking that things should feel better.  Why can't I just suck it up and enjoy things the way they are?
